Automation and AI

Marketing Automation & AI

Every business loses money in the gaps. The enquiry that sat unanswered over the weekend. The quote that was never chased. The past customer nobody contacted again. None of it is anyone's fault, it is just what happens when follow up depends on busy people remembering. Automation closes those gaps, quietly and reliably, every single time.

We are a marketing automation agency working with UK businesses that want their CRM, email, forms and calendars to actually talk to each other. That means workflows that route leads to the right person, email sequences that warm up enquiries, chatbots and AI assistants that handle the repetitive questions, and reminders that make sure nothing slips.

Our approach to AI is practical rather than breathless. We use it where it genuinely saves hours or wins business: drafting replies, qualifying enquiries, answering common questions out of hours. Where a simple workflow does the job better, we build the simple workflow. You get fewer manual tasks and faster follow up, not a science project.

Who this is for

The leaks automation fixes

If any of these sound familiar, the problem is not effort. It is that the work depends on memory instead of systems.

01
Enquiries go cold before anyone replies

A lead that waits days for a response has usually already called someone else. When acknowledgement, routing and first follow up are automated, every enquiry gets answered in minutes, including the ones that arrive at ten on a Friday night.

02
Your tools do not talk to each other

The website form, the spreadsheet, the CRM, the invoicing app: data gets retyped between them, and things get lost in the retyping. Integrations move information automatically, so every system stays current without anyone copying and pasting.

03
Follow up stops after one attempt

Most sales need several touches, but manual chasing usually stops at one. Automated sequences keep the conversation going politely and persistently, then alert a human the moment the prospect shows real interest.

04
Your team is buried in repetitive admin

Booking confirmations, review requests, status updates, the same five questions answered daily. None of it needs a person. Automate the repetitive work and your team gets their hours back for things that actually need judgement.

What is included

What we build for you

Every engagement is shaped around your tools and your sales process. These are the building blocks we use.

01
CRM workflows and lead routing

Your CRM set up properly: pipelines that mirror how you sell, leads scored and routed to the right person, and tasks created automatically so nothing depends on memory.

02
Email and SMS sequences

Welcome series, quote chasers, nurture for the not yet ready and win back campaigns for past customers, all written in your voice and triggered by real behaviour.

03
Chatbots and AI assistants

Assistants that answer common questions, capture enquiry details and book appointments around the clock, designed to hand over to a human gracefully whenever the conversation needs one.

04
Integrations between your tools

Forms, calendars, accounting software, ad platforms and your CRM connected so data flows automatically. We work with the tools you already have wherever that makes sense.

05
Internal alerts and task automation

Instant notifications when a hot lead lands, escalations when an enquiry sits unanswered, and recurring admin handled without anyone lifting a finger.

06
Documentation and training

Every workflow mapped and explained in plain English, with training for your team, so you understand and control what we have built rather than depending on us forever.

Our approach

How an automation project runs

Phase 01
Map the current process

We sit down with you and trace what actually happens to an enquiry, a sale and a customer today, finding the gaps, the delays and the manual work worth removing.

Phase 02
Design the workflows

You get a written plan showing each automation, what triggers it, what it does and which tools it touches, with a fixed cost agreed before anything is built.

Phase 03
Build and integrate

We build the workflows, connect your systems and write the email and message copy, keeping you involved so everything sounds like your business, not a robot.

Phase 04
Test with real scenarios

Every path is tested with realistic data before launch: the happy path, the edge cases and the failure alerts, so surprises happen on staging rather than to customers.

Questions

Straight answers.

On price, we explain what drives it and put a fixed figure in writing after your free audit.

It depends on how many workflows you need, how many systems we are connecting and whether your CRM needs setting up from scratch or tidying. After a scoping call you get a written proposal in pounds: a fixed price for the build, and a fixed monthly fee if you want ongoing management and refinement. No hourly billing and no surprises, the figure you agree is the figure you pay.

We are deliberately tool agnostic. HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, GoHighLevel, Mailchimp, Make, Zapier, n8n and plenty of others are all familiar ground. Where your existing tools are capable, we build on what you have, because the best CRM is usually the one your team already opens every day. If a tool is genuinely holding you back, we will say so and explain why, but we never push a platform switch to suit ourselves.

A badly built one will, and plenty are badly built. The difference is design. A good assistant is honest about being automated, sticks to questions it can genuinely answer, writes in your tone of voice and hands over to a human quickly when the conversation needs one. Built that way, it feels like fast service rather than a wall. Built lazily, it frustrates people, which is why we test ours against real customer questions before launch.

Carefully, and from the start of every project. Automations move personal data between systems, so we design with consent, lawful basis and data minimisation in mind: marketing sequences only contact people who have opted in, unsubscribe links work properly, and data is not copied into tools that do not need it. We are not solicitors and this is not legal advice, but we build so that following your data protection obligations is straightforward.

A newsletter sends the same message to everyone at the same time. Automation responds to what each individual actually does: the new enquiry gets an instant reply, the prospect who opened a quote twice gets a nudge, the customer who has gone quiet gets a check in. As an email marketing agency we still build newsletters where they earn their place, but behaviour triggered messages do most of the heavy lifting.

A focused build, such as enquiry handling with follow up sequences, usually takes a few weeks from kick off to launch. Larger projects involving CRM migration or several integrations take longer, and your written scope includes an honest timeline before we start. We launch in stages where we can, so the highest value workflows start paying for themselves while the rest are still in build.

Yes, when it is pointed at the right jobs. For most small businesses the wins are unglamorous: answering common questions out of hours, drafting first replies for your team to approve, summarising enquiries and qualifying leads before a human picks them up. We are an ai automation agency in the practical sense, we deploy it where it saves measurable time or wins business, and we will tell you plainly when a simpler workflow is the better answer.
